How to Return an Item

Our return policies vary depending on the type of item. Please follow these steps to ensure a smooth return:

  1. Request a Return Authorization (RMA#)
    • You must call us to obtain an RMA# before returning any item.
  1. Return Window
    • Items must be returned in the original manufacturer’s packaging within 30 days of the original purchase. We recommend keeping your packaging for this purpose.
  1. Credits & Refunds
    • If an error occurred on our part, we will issue a credit for the order and any applicable shipping charges.
    • Shipping charges and PayPal service fees will not be refunded unless the error was ours.
    • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method or via replacement after we receive and inspect the returned item for completeness and damage.
    • Refunds may be prorated for missing parts, pieces, or damage.
  1. Tool Returns
    • Tools must be returned unused in their original manufacturer’s packaging.
    • No refunds will be given for tools that show signs of use or wear.
    • Defective tools may be repaired if covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. This warranty does not cover normal wear or abuse.
    • Please call prior to shipping any tool for repair to verify warranty eligibility.
