This one-of-a-kind film dispenser features a classic industrial design with solid-steel tubing and an ergonomic t-handle grip. Features an arm extension that converts stretch film into roping when desired. Toggle easily between rope and film. Works with pre-stretch film only. Features a roller bearing mechanism for smooth dispensing and adjustable tension control. Includes a rubber base stabilizer for remaining upright when set aside.
