Hot Melt Packaging Tape are made with 3 layers: BOPP film, Hot Melt adhesive and a release coating for better unwind performance.
Acrylic Packaging Tape have a lower viscosity allowing them to stick better in humid and dusty conditions. Cold, Humid and dusty conditions can affect packaging tape ability to stick. Acrylic tapes have a stronger resistant to oxidation, allowing it to be able withstand direct sunlight. Hot Melt Packaging Tapes are made with 2 layers; BOPP Film and an emulsion acrylic layer.
